Author Nicholas Baker intended to write a book on th Library of Congress during WWII.
He ended up doing extensive research reading newspapers from th 30s-`40s as well as hundreds of library books, letters & diaries.
His collection included 6000 volumes of bound letters from TheBritishLibrary.
Seems like a book on researching this book would make a good book.
