1930s Black Double Breasted suit

This vendor (from Germany) has been selling some rather nice pieces over the last few months. I know some people find black suits rather severe, but i think this is lovely.

Why? The shoulders seems 30s to me. But I have never handeled a 20s jacket in real life so who am I to judge.

Possible, but probably early 30s. I do wish that mysterious Union label was easier to date. Essentially the very same label was being used right up into the 1970s.
