Well, the boy's jacket is 31" long and appears to hit him in just the right place. Sounds regular to me. Told ya, long legs. 
Does anyone have a photo or diagram of a French cuff? I get the concept, but I'm very visual. I want to be very sure of what I'm doing before I mess with some trousers. Besides, how deep the tuck is also effects how long an inseam we have to look for.
