30's trouser sizes

Forgive me if this has been answered, but I cannot seem to find what I am looking for anywhere. I am trying to replicate the 30's-style trousers with their fuller cut. Does anyone know what the sizes were at say, the hips, thighs, knee, and cuff? I would appreciate the help, as I recently got a job that requires proper business wear (I didn't know such places still existed), and I am looking to have a few suits made that could serve for both business AND pleasure. Anyone know of such sizes?

Measurements of the trousers of an early '30s single breasted 3-piece in my collection. For reference, they have a 31" waist

Cuff: 11" (doubled =22")
Knee: 10-3/4" (doubled = 21-1/2")
Thigh: 12" (doubled = 24")
Hips: 21" (doubled = 42")
Waist: 31"

And off a mid '40s suit
Cuff:9-1/2" (19")
Knee:10-1/2" (21")
Thigh: 14" (28")
Hips: 21" (42")
Waist: 31"

Excellent. That was similar to what I read in Esquire's Encyclopedia, but it didn't break the sizes down. I appreciate it

Some of the measurements can also be found in catalog scans (sear, mongomery wards..) that are floating around in the interwebs. Just zoom in and read the descriptions

You can see that there where different styles in the same year. I think it is a 30s scan.
Pleated New Style Plegtop: 18-22 inch bottom (= 46 - 56 cm)
Conservative Trousers: 16 1/2- 19 inch bottom (= 42 - 48 cm)
Stylishly Pleated: 20-22 inch bottom
Smart, new Slacks: 19-21 inch bottom
Latest Semi Peg Top: 16-17 inch bottom
Youthful Design: 20-21 inch bottom
For Modern Young Men: 18-20 inch bottom
