This one's a heartbreaker. I've had it probably over two years, hoping that my head would just grow into it somehow. No such luck, and this beauty of a backbow Whippet clone really deserves to be worn, and I hate using foam padding.
The color is a difficult to photograph greyish brown with hints of purple. Maybe kind of a muted black cherry or oxblood or cordova, perhaps?
There are some tiny scuffs around the reed of the sweatband, and what looks like a faint water mark on the liner (on the left side of the liner tip as pictured). I will post photos shortly.
If anyone has something similar in a 7 1/8 (preferably long oval) I'd consider a trade for this one.
