A-2 Jacket squadron patch

Looking for someone competent in the Los Angeles area to sew a 5 inch leather squadron patch onto my Eastman A-2 jacket. I won't necessarily trust just anyone with a sewing machine. Would prefer someone with previous experience with this sort of thing. I would be grateful for any help or references. Thank you

Have you checked into shoe repair shops and or Tack shops that do saddle work etc ...................

I have and they insist on gluing the patch to the jacket before they sew it on.

Is there others in the area you haven't tried that may not do this ???????
Maybe a car upholstery or furniture upholstery shop ...............
