What are the dimensions of the 3 pocket black bag? Does it have a tag inside? Pockets inside?

i have posted the item on ebay for bidding but can withdraw if you like> the dimensions are w: 13 inches d: 4 inches h: 8 inches.
in the middle clip compartment it has a zip pocket. no labels sorry.
