It is a vintage store! About 1916 give or take with a 30s neon sign... Just with modern prep clothes in it lol

Man, that is really nice to see they haven't gutted it all and changed everything! They left a lot of it there... I'm happy to see that! What a neat antique shop or, even dive bar that would make!
