Borsalinos with Celled Paper Labels

Hello everyone.
I would like to show you a size label and I would love to know a little more, if possible, about the time period of this hat.
This is a wonderful Borsalino Giuseppe roulé "Sanpuccini" model, French market, from the 1920s. It has the little red size label glued on the sweatband and a completely handwritten size label inside.
Since the couple "red size label glued on the sweatband/stamped writings on the size label" normally indicates a Borsalino Giuseppe hat produced in the second half of the 1920s, as we have observed on the other hats, I would like to know if, in your opinion, this one with the completely handwritten size label could be same age or older, like first half of the 1920s. Thanks in advance to anyone that will help!

p.s. sorry for the artificial light and the bad photo quality.
