Can anyone help me with this coat?

Found this coat on line, interested in it, but was wondering if anyone knew what it was before I decide to buy it or not.

This coat is labeled in European sizes as a 52 which converts to a mens 42 in the US. This coat is a military green with a full length wool liner through the body (not in the sleeves). Other than the size, there is no labels etc. Very heavy!

It's swiss. Probably very warm and waterproof. Looks like it's some kind of pleather-y vinyl. A nice style if you think you can pull it off.
For 20 bucks, I'd say go for it.
