I really enjoy this style and I haven’t seen it before. I wish it was a size smaller and I would purchase it.

Looks like a nice half-belt for winter.
With that thick shearling liner, it likely fits more snug than a typical "Size Large"
That said it's nice that the photos included detailed measurements, done correctly.
