Classic western look. Broad collar. Lined or unlined. Cheap (just $140 lined) and made in Idaho, USA. By comparison, Filson's wool mackinaw cruiser is only slightly heavier (24 vs. 21 oz.), is unlined, and costs triple. If you're looking for something classic, made in America, and will keep you warm without going broke, the CCSutlery wool trail coat looks like a decent option. Offered in tall sizes. No picture of back. Does anybody own one?
