I removed the self band from my black Tilley fedora, and I have no use for it. I know some people scrape off a bit of spare felt to patch moth nibbles. So if anyone wants a roughly 23" inch long piece of black fur felt, they can have it for free. It won't cost me anything substantial to ship, so it's on me. I'll just end up tossing it if no one wants it--I'm sure there's some use for it, though. Christmas tree garland? A necktie for their dog? Target practice? A candidate for practicing felt dyeing?
