Any tips for eateries in Hollywood where the soundtrack isn't offensive. Or, where it's even good? I need songs or music in the background. No hard nightclub beat or aggressive sound tolerated. Also i can't allow an industrial-type interior that results in hard reflective sounds preventing enjoyment of life.
I'm visiting for a week. Last night I tried Formosa, Jones, Roosevelt, Loupiotte, Figaro -- all fails.

I ended up at the Dresden *after* Marty & Elaine's first hour of caterwauling. Then they back up local semi-pro vocal talents on standards -- finally, relief and enjoyment! Also the ppl and staff were all very friendly. Good time.
Looking for more! ...For both eating and for cocktails in the evenings. Thanks for any leads!
