Nice Cooper in good condition. It is goatskin. Marked size 44. the only thing wrong with it is around the epaulets, there is some discoloration on the edges from wear. i think some polish should fix that. Other than that, seems to be in great shape including lining.
I will have to post measurements later. It is my understanding that this is a more traditional fit rather than the types that are cut to be a little more generous to older gentlemen's physiques, and that the traditional fit is fairly snug in the shoulders and chest compared to modern, but most here probably like that.
