Custom Outerwear providers?

I know of dozens of custom tailors with online operations that will do custom suits. However I haven't been able to find any online tailors that will do custom outerwear (such as custom wool overcoats or trenchcoats) other than MyCustomerTailor...which horror stories about over in the Suit forum have taught me to stay the heck away from.

Does anyone have any recommendations I should check out?
