The flare to the collar and the broad looking epaulets make me think Dubow. They also centered up the front on the outer edge of the zip flap sometimes, as the below. Usually the inside edge stitching was the centerline.
I thought the jacket in question would be in a display in a museum somewhere, and i was just unlucky typing wrong keyword search, but i guess it's gone then? no trace at all ?
