Double-vent winter coats?

Any guys have experience with these? I'd like to get one that's windproof, made of either wool, alpaca, llama or camel (or similar) fiber and, would appreciate advice on what's good amongst currently available examples. Bonus if it has a peacoat-style (or maybe an ulster-style) collar. Another bonus if it's made in the USA. I don't really have access to clothing retailers where I reside and, searching online for this, when I don't have examples to look for, is slow and tedious. A lot of results I find are just for suits and sport-jackets, not winter coats. Thanks for any helpful replies.
