During my travels last week I saw the new Esquire on the shelf and it mentioned hats so I picked it up. There does seem to be a movement afoot to make the hat more mainstream. There was an article on "Stop Hating the Hat" and the 3 archetypes for wardrobe they picked all wore fedoras. So something is shifting though almost all the hats the showed were modern Borsalinos.
