My brother and I pitched in to buy my dad a jacket for Christmas. We found a store called Noble House in southern Germany with a design we liked. When the package arrived, it looked like this. Wetness had gotten through and damaged the paper documents and the jacket smelled bad. My dad normally wears a 46 and we ordered the equivalent, but it still fit quite large. I emailed them asking about an exchange but they didn’t respond. It was shipped by DHL then in the US it was UPS. I assume it was damaged by DHL because I’ve never received a damaged package from UPS. You’d think they would at least respond to an email that had attached images showing the box damage. Of course there’s no return policy on their site. I just wanted to catalogue this so people in the future understand not to expect any customer service from them.
