Film Critic Joel Siegel Dead at Age 63

ABC News has announced that their long-time film critic and entertainment reporter Joel Siegel has lost his long-running battle with colon cancer and passed away at the age of 63 earlier today.

I always did enjoy his critiques even when I didn't agree.

That's very sad. He came across as a nice guy.

What would we do without film critics? The world lost another. It’s a tough love and hate job being a movie critic, Joel Siege started out in the Civil Rights movement for which he is proud of, rubbing shoulders with Martin Luther King, Bobby Kennedy he was a good man, loving father, what a job he had, interesting life, all those stars. We'll miss you Joel, R.I.P.

I hadn't heard of this until now. He was one of the few film critics I could stand to watch because he wasn't so full of hot air as many of them are. And it's always sad when someone loses a battle with cancer.
