I get that these are grail jackets, but the condition on this one is abysmal IMO. Can someone help me understand why this one is going to fetch north of $6,000 dollars? I'm trying to better understand the market here.
Maybe this design is ultra-rare?

I just got this exact jacket, but in the steer hide. Sold to me via Facebook marketplace. I am dumbfounded! Size 44. And it fits like a glove. Can't wait for cooler weather. Washington DC has been experiencing 104*f days or it feels like 115*f.gorgeous vanson HH comet. Tagged 44, 60cm chest. BIN $540. RIRI zips!

So happy to add these into my collection, Eastman luftwaffe & Buzz rickson "werber" B2.really disliked the plastic feeling horsehide on my last Buzz b2,this new one feels like the real deal.also added a Simmons bilt c3.

Starting price is much lower than what I see here in Classifieds, Grailed, and Ebay. I would've tried to snag it myself but ended up getting an RC Hercules in Seal Brown since it's new, much cheaper, and I needed a different color as I already have a black shinki horsehide jacket.
I miss when Buyee's coupons didn't cap out at 5000.

I've always wanted to see one of these 'worn in' (or at least, as worn in as much as it can be) and wish I had a chance to try one on in person when they were selling retail.
Seems like a piece to have for novelty's sake more than anything but man, it's a beast indeed!
I think @Tom71 has (or had) one, it’s either him or his lookalike.
On subject, it would be nice to see an update on his off-white deerskin shacket as well.
