Wanted to see how they turn out first. May be the next batch. The manufacturer seems to have some ideas and may make some adjustments.
Well my obsession with perfectly sanded heels has taken a turn for the worse. I have a table top belt sander on its way to me. Gonna try this out for myself. I wish whites would spend some TLC on the heels and toe stitching. I cant fix the stitching. I can certainly F up the heels with a belt sander but im gonna go slow lol.

Received the sagara Cordmaster today. Took about 5 days for DHL to deliver the package. Given it has been sent over the Christmas period shipping time was really quick.
Fit is spot on. the overdyed cloe superlux looks pretty good. It is quite a bit thinner and more flexible right out of the box when comparing to flame panda and other horsehide boots I have had so far. Might be because of a thinner lining I am not sure. Seems to be one of those boots that don't require any break in at all. The brown leather under the black dye can be seen under a certain lighting which is pretty cool.

Well, probably should have left the heel sanding to the pros on my whites. Who would have guessed lol.
I am changing course again. I am sending to Drews/bakers to change both pair (8 inch boots one 55 last one 4811 last) from standard 270 welt low block heel to a 360 welt and vibram unit lug vs vibram wedge sole.
Should be pretty easy to get them right nice and even all the way around. Shipped them out yesterday. They said it will be 4-5 months. I am going to try breaking in my whites MP boots and new vibergs in the meantime.
