Up for sale is a 1950's Stetson 3X Beaver OPEN ROAD in size 7 1/4 LONG OVAL. This hat is in really nice shape. It needs a good brushing for a couple of minor dirt marks just from sitting around for the last 60 years (see pic of back of crown). Its a very light colored hat, so dust can build up through the years. The sweatband is in very nice shape and so is the ribbon. A very solid hat. I have never seen a true "silverbelly" in person, but if I were to guess, this would be it. Its a very very light white-ish grey.

This hat has that beautifully soft early 50's 3x felt. Its a world of difference from the latter post early 60's stuff.
