For Sale Levi's Vintage Clothing Menlo Cossack - Large size

This is the steerhide jacket - it's a lovely 1930s design (a Heron on the cheap ).

Beautiful hide, subtle graining and Italian made. The leather is a similar weight to horsehide (2.1 kg), but very supple.

Cotton lining, horn buttons.

Apologies for the poor quality images (better will follow).

:lol: civvy, half breed whatchamacallit!

I am undecided if I'd size up to a large or stick with a medium. I prefer a chest of about 44-45" (am a 42 in most VLJs)... Seems like the large would be too large and the medium too small. Oh well, I'm broke regardless!

Bret, I fall between 42 and 44" in most VLJs.
This one allows me to wear a light sweater underneath comfortably.
The weight of the hide makes it well suited for cooler weather.
