For Sale - VS Tropicaire/ArtLite Stratoliner - Size 7 3/8 - Moss

You all know how great the light weight Tropicaire or ArtLite (I really do not know if they have an official name) line is from Vintage Silhouettes . . .

This one has been one of my favorites . . . but it is time to move on.
Styled like the classic Stratoliner, this is a great hat, but has been well worn . . .
Mr Fawcett makes hats to order, so this doesn't have a size per se . . . but it was made for me at size 7 3/8, though I think this one is a snug 7 3/8 . . .



Still, this is a great felt, with a great leather sweatband . . . But as I said - well worn . . .
It could be cleaned and blocked any way you choose.

Still a nice looking hat. I'm looking for a broken-in casual hat, and this looks like it may be just right. What are the brim and crown measurements? Thanks.

The brim is 2 1/2 and the crown is just under 5" bashed . . . and this hat has a bit of taper to the crown . . .

But it looks like it may be a moot point . . . I have an offer, and if all goes well, this one may be sold.
