Found at the Goodwill

Here are two suits that I found at a local Goodwill store:
(Photos taken on the dry cleaner's hangers.)

The first is a dark gray Botany 500.

(There is a slight discoloration in the liner below, and to the left of, the big shadow.)

22.5" Shoulder seam-to-shoulder seam

24.0" Shoulder length from shoulder seam
54.0" Chest from bottom of arm holes
48.0" Pants waist
42.0" Pants outseam
30.0" Pants inseam

The second is a light gray plaid Palm Beach.

Cost: $8.00 USD

21.5" Shoulder seam-to-shoulder seam
29.5" Length from shoulder seam
26.0" Shoulder length from shoulder seam
52.0" Chest from bottom of arm holes
46.0" Pants waist
43.5" Pants outseam
31.0" Pants inseam

Although I really love the feel and look of the Botany 500, I don't think that my tailor will be able to take enough up to fit me correctly. The Palm Beach, however, should work with a few adjustments.

Back from the tailor...

Both suits will go back to the Goodwill. (I'm out $40 USD, less charity contribution on 2008 taxes.)

There was no wool to be found in the fabric.
