Frank Olive for Lillian Rubin

Hello. I’m trying to date this hat. What I know is Frank Olive was a millinery designer in NYC and Lillian Rubin was a chain of upscale women’s dress shops. My guess is the hat is ftom the 80s.
Any ideas? Thanks
