► I'll be honest with you - I don't know much about denim. I tried getting into high-end jeans. I've bought some, sold some. I've spent hours in different denim stores in London, trying on different pairs... But honestly, it all just jeans to me. I guess I'm just not a fan. What I did learn is to differentiate a quality pair from a mall one.
This pair seems pretty damn good to me.
Heavy-ish - 14 oz or more, I'm guessing? - crunchy, stiff, gorgeous denim. Superbly made! So many beautiful stitching details. Aaand... What else do you look for on jeans? I don't know. If I knew, I'd have pointed it out. Oh yeah. Made in Japan. That's apparently all the rage nowadays.

• Waist width: 47 cm / 18.5"
• Front rise: 28 / 11"
• Thigh: 31 / 12"

• Leg opening: 19 / 7.5"
• Inseam: 86 / 34"
• Full length: 113 / 44.5"
I don't get the 32 length, though... They're 34" long or more.
