Greetings, I'm a longtime lurker and this is my first post on TFL.
I would like to sell a Vanson Model J in tag size 44. I bought this jacket two years ago at a german Vanson retailer. (wwag) I haven't worn it much since it does not really suit my "style". The coat is barely broken in and the body is still quite stiff. It features a fleece vest in the torso area, that can be removed with a zipper. (German winter approved
) Its made of Vansons old Competition Cowhide. The leather is very thick and grainy, pictures will be uploaded below. I have another Vanson in the updated comphide and it just isn't equally as nice. I am 6"2 and 176 pounds, 42 inch chest. This coat fits me snug in the shoulders and chest, but it is still roomy enough to layer up with a thick sweater.
