This thread turned up some good sites for ordering gaucho hats. We just need to pass round the mate tea now.

I actually have a cow foot one an Argentinian friend gave me. I've yet to try the tea though.

I quite like the tea. My mother was born in Argentina so we often had mate when I was younger. It's a bit bitter but very healthy apparently, especially if you're a gaucho living off mostly red meat.
