It fits to a 7 1/4. I wasnt sure if any of the numbers on the paper tag were pertaining to size or crown depth.

Weite 6 is the Point size so that should be 59cm.

PH. Möckel Hutfabrik, Homburg vor der Höhe Velour, from the Gotisches Haus (Gothic House) Bad Homburg , Germany hat collection, probably 1920s maybe earlier. PH. Möckel made the original Homburg hat for Edward VII. This is the only soft felt I have encountered so a rare one. With a good brush and steam it would light right up.

Lord "Super" Rein Haar from the Gotisches Haus (Gothic House) Bad Homburg , Germany hat collection, probably mid 1950s. Lord is a trademark (may have changed hands over the years) so not sure who made this hat but it has great form.

Steve.....my word...both of those hats are unreal!! I LOVE the bow work on the bad homburg hat, and that Derby....WOW!!!!

I am in love with that tall and square crown coupled with the wide ribbon. Wide ribbon derbies are rare to begin with, so are square crown derbies....toss in the short brim and that derby might very well be the most beautiful and rare derby I have ever seen.
