Here.

Due to the beautiful weather today, my wife and I strolled around Philadelphia for the past 6 or 7 hours. Halfway through the day, we passed by our local Hats In The Belfry and stopped in. They had this hat in the sale section for $35. It's of the S / M / L / XL variety. The XL was the only one they had, and it fit my 7 5/8 head just fine. It really worked out well for the sun. Very lightweight, very comfortable, very nice. Sort of like a homburg / fedora hybrid with a porkpie crease. There are plenty of pictures on Google's image search if you search for Stetson Muldoon.

It's made of "bao straw." No idea what that means.

Just throwing it out there! Most places sell them for around $40.

I checked out the Village Hat Shop site, you indicated with your "here." They have a couple of Jaxon "bao" straws on their sale page. I still don't know what it is, but I like the pattern, and at least three hats were made out of it.

It's a fibrous lightweight straw from the Philippines.

Well, thank you very much!

And thanks to Hat Corporation for making my new straw hat, too. :)
