Grooming Set...Anyone Familiar With this One?

Well it took a while, but I finally got a reply from Kent brushes.

Hey, five business days ain't bad. It's not like they're in the research game.

In any event you've come into possession of a very nice set, though I must admit that I prefer a handle on my hair brush. This Kent model has made my wallet go off into hiding.

Thanks so much for the information on this grooming set. I'm certain you know what you're talking about, since my wife (who lived in NYC for 20 years) told me you're in the heart of old upper-crust vintage where these things would have been common place. As to me, I had placed them from shoe brushes to equine treatments. (I'm from the midwest--made good sense to me!) Thanks again.
