Ground meat pizza

Pastry:

-2 Eggs
-4 spoons oil
-1 baking soda
-125 grams (low fat) quark
-250 grams flour

Filling:

-1.250 grams spiced ground meat
-1 soaked bread roll
-1 cutted onion (steamed)
-2 eggs
-2 red Paprika cubed
-mushrooms at will
-3 gherkins cubed
-ketchup
-cheese cubed on top

400°F, circa 35 minutes

Ground meat pizza sounds like a delicious twist on a classic favorite!
