Our Belgian hat fairy is quite the flirt, much as Harv enjoyed the moment, he still takes second fiddle to her Mr.

When they do wear a hat, most wear either a topper or homburg. For what it's worth you were right, I did wear a hat that evening, what else but a fedora?
At these events, it's not the proper etiquette to wear a hat, except on arrival or departure, that's why there's no photos of me in Tux & Fedora.
But as it's you, it was this hat, but, I hasten to add, not the shirt.
