It was indeed. It was the climax event of a nice, long week celebrating Saramago in NYC. I'm grateful to all the Museum officials who allowed me to make this happen. Check him out, Saramago is brilliant.

yes, this pic was taken in my home the day after ordination to be exact. I am an ordained Soto Zen priest (still training), our lineage is not part of the Sotoshu.
Nice to have something near by!
