I can understand why hard core riders might prefer the CR collar over a HWM pointed collar because of functionality but think that the Sheene collar is really cool looking and maybe more comfortable for casual use than that of the Cafe Racer. Otherwise, I was told by Aero that the Sheene and Cafe Racer patterns are identical.
