Pictures, natural light from the window only, color seems best represented this way. Wearing a Dehen sweater for some contrast and because I will usually layer with this jacket. Need to break it in a lot but I'm happy with the fit and it will get better with some rolls and creasing. Last shot is to show the back gussets as their was a question about that earlier. It's very functional.

Totally agree. The Octagon being lighter and softer helps but it should be really fantastic in 3-6 months.

I was about the say the same thing, so +1. Really, Chris, I know you've a serious collection of some of the best jackets available, and I apologize in advance for saying this, but this Vanson fits you best of them all. It's just perfect, man!
