Yes, I think this is a good example of how great Thedi's shawl collar can look worn flipped up as a variation on the Mandarin collar.

I prefer the patch pockets to have somewhat a cargo design to them either just a center pleat or side panel to be functional or at least functional looking. if the design is highlighting the "function over balance or symmetry" with extra single tab on the shoulder, and single patch chest pocket.. it would look more consistent if the pockets look like they are really functional, just my opinion.
