A friend and I attended the Manhattan Vintage Show today. We were surrounded by some wonderful items and it was a lot of fun to look at the trends and see that we are on the right track with our shops.
One of the high points of the afternoon was the sighting of a gentleman dressed from head to toe in a wonderful fedora, beautifully tailored suit and I believe wing tip shoes.
I was too shy to ask this gentleman if he was a member of the fedora lounge. So my question is: "Were any of the gentleman here at the show and did you speak with a lady who was trying to decide whether to purchase a rather lovely red feathered hat?" We are wondering who the good looking young man was.
