Manolete

As we speak, they're filming a movie about the life and death of the Spanish matador "Manolete".

It takes place in 1940s Spain and stars Adrien Brody as Manolete and Penelope Cruz as his girlfriend Lupe Sino.

I'm hoping to see plenty of vintage clothes and vintage cars. Can't wait to see the scenes of the crowd at the bullring, which I'm sure will be a sea of fedoras.

Also, those great Hispana-Suiza autos will probably be brought out of mothballs.

Manolete performed all through the 1940s and was killed by a bull in 1947 at the age of thirty.

I've been waiting for a good movie to come out also....there has been very little out there that I have wanted to see. Penelope Cruz is a great actress as well...sounds like we may have a winner
