Mercury Dime Cufflinks...at Target?

Yep! Bought a set last night. Pictures coming. $16...little more than I wanted to spend, but I figured it was too good to pass up.

They're real dimes, different years. Mounted on toggle backs(yeah, I know), lacquered over. There were only two sets left, I swapped the '44 in the set I bought out with the other set's '41, to give me a '37 and '41.

I'll probably eventually chemically strip the lacquer and polish them a bit, but they're fine as they are right now.

The brand name is 'Merona', probably available elsewhere.

Still at Target

Thanks for the tip on this one everybody. I went to Target last night and picked up a few sets. I am going to keep a pair for myself and the others will be gifts for my Bestman and Groomsman at my 1940's wedding on March 17th.
