Knowing you are a 5'8 guy, from the pics I could have sworn that the length is 25"... bottom of collar to hem on the back...The length is tough to figure out sometimes. Folks have different torso to legs length ratios. Your length looks perfect. Nice jacket, I like the Aero Sheene style as well.
