Likely going to pick this up as I like it, but I'm at a loss as to who could have made it. Looks kinda like a Bates, but liner is wrong, as are the shoulder pads shape. The throat closure is right though. Anyway happy to hear what you guys think.

The liner is the mystery for me....I haven't seen that collar of padded lining before
The liner's color and thickness look like an Harro to me. I have several with that deep red quilted lining. However, the back and production techniques scream bates.
Here are bates back/front images. The images are from a different (cat eyes) zipper orientation but still have the same basic cut and construction.
