A member of another forum wants to know the name of a particular song he heard on television. I listened to it, but I don't know what it is. Can anyone here tell me what it is so I can pass on the information?

I can't find any info about this song. A Canadian TV network uses it for a commercial. I found out it came from a stock media company and that's as far as I got. Here it is.
It's driving me crazy.
