The store is shooting for the hipster market. In that vane I looked to the rat pack, in particular, Sinatra.
In taking into acount the name of the store, Dean-Kingston, I thought about:
"the Martin"
"The Kingston"(stettson already makes one"
"The Kingman"
In taking into acount movie References, I thought os
"The Blue Spot" - THe jazz club from "That Thing You Do".
But that is going to be another hat coming soon.
In going with my technical theater background I thought about
"The Arbor"
"the Boom"
"The Grid"
"the Loft"

The Somervell, as in your county, named after Alexander Somervell, the Secretary of War for the Rebublic of Texas. That aught practically gaurantee some Texas based sales, no? Somervell County is also fairly small, and is the third smallest county in Texas, which in hat-brim terms might possibly be translate as stingy-sized; or maybe not.
The Stoneleigh, as in the upscale Dallas hotel and spa, listed on the National Trust for Historic Preservation's "Historic Hotels of America."
