Another nice lid up for sale (thinning out the hat collection for the New Year). This one was made by Borsalino for Worth & Worth, in a nice medium shade of gray.
Nice, flexible felt with the soft hand that Borsalino is famous for. Interior is nice - lining nice and clean and leather sweatband still supple and no cracks or separation. Overall very good condition, but could probably use a cleaning and blocking - a bit dusty and some minor sweat marks on the ribbon - not very visible in the photos. No holes, moth nips or broken felt. No funky smells. Labeling still very clear on the lining and the sweatband.
Accurately tagged as 7 1/4, 6 and 59 - I am a true 7 1/4 and it fits me perfectly. Brim width = 2 5/8, unbashed crown height = approx. 5 1/8.
