I have gone through and consolidated all of the vendors into the message by jonbuilder above and deleted the contributing messages to keep the thread clean. I will add a link to this thread in the Important Messages at the top of this forum for ease of accessing the information.

The thread will be left open so that others may add their contributions. Any future contributions will be consolidated into the list of vendors.
