A 1930s Stetson montecristi offering... modest weave count yet beautifully finished.

Most excellent hats, sirs! I'd love to find a few like that! These and the one Bill received recently - I'm not sure I qualify to be in club any more :)

Picked this one up yesterday. It has been sitting in that shop for some time now and it isn't my size.
Mayser panama boater in a size 58. Brim at 5,8cm and crown between 8,5 and 9cm. Not as stiff as a traditional boater would be, which can be seen best looking at the side and front views, where the weight of the hat makes the top bulge up somewhat on the hat stand. So quit flexible and a fun summer hat.

Cool Panama Boater. Are you a size 7 (56cm), Stephan?

Nice. I’d wear the heck out of one of those. I love diversity and options.

Love that hat! Since it doesn't fit you are you considering selling it?

Thanks, Doug. I am an American size 7, yes. For Borsalinos usually a size larger.
Thanks, Brent. It's not a style I'd consider wearing normally, although I must admit this has redeeming qualities.

Thanks, Mark. I picked it up because @Steve1857 expressed an interest in it after I mentioned it to him. It's already on its way to Copenhagen, I'm afraid.

Thank you, Reggie. Fitting for an Englishman I think, and we'll probably see it worn by a gentleman who fits that description soon.

Cool looking Mayser Stefan. Love those Maysers. So you bought it but it doesn't fit? Now what? :)

Thanks, Ken. It was actually bought with someone specific in mind and it's already on its way to him. They only had the one there, but you never know.

Sorry Ken, but I'm the rascal it was bought for.
Thank you Stefan for going back and out of your way to pick it up for me.
